Your first step is printing the order form. Complete the form by providing your contact information, a list of what you are sending in, and the services you require. Sterilize your instruments and package them securely along with your order form, ensuring the instruments do no make their way through the packaging and injure people handling them.

Use your preferred parcel delivery service (e.g. courier, mail) to ship the order to us at your expense. Make sure to include a return address on the package.

The average turn around time is 3 weeks for retipping orders, and 1 week for new instrument orders.
